In response to the overwhelming need for empowering
marginalized individuals around the world, Tim and
Michelle Zello founded Jewelry God International doing
   business as Jewels 4 God.

Tim first became aware of the need for helping
others with the skills necessary to reenter society
shortly after the fall of communism in the former Soviet
Union, when he was the first foreigner to enter nine
Siberian prisons where he ministered to thousands
of inmates and distributed the Book of Hope.

For eight years he served the ministry of Global Teen Challenge along with Don Wilkerson and Mike Zello, Sr. helping to start residential rehabilitation programs in 43 new countries and training leaders in 86 nations.

Tim has authored three books, Freedom in Siberia (forwarded by evangelist Nicky Cruz & best selling author of Run Baby Run), 50 Characteristics of a Wise Person (endorsed by Dr. Don Argue while President of the National Association of Evangelicals, USA) - to order contact us, and The Sin that Turned Angels into Demons:  And How to Protect Yourself From It (endorsed by Gary Wilkerson, Vice-President of World Challenge-David Wilkerson Ministries) and numerous tracts.

He has co-authored three leadership training manuals:  Introduction to Residential Rehabilitation, Discipline for Change, and Principles of Evangelism.

He has eye witnessed many miracles around the world including a blind woman being healed, a dumb deaf girl speaking, a paralyzed man moving his limbs and walking, and demoniacs being set free.

Tim served on the Board of Directors for Asiana Education Development (AED) which operates 96 schools and two large residential facilities for orphaned children in Sri Lanka.  He also produced for AED Sri Lanka Tsunami: A Photo Journal - the only known photo journal depicting the aftermath and relief efforts of the Sri Lanka tsunami of December 26, 2004.

Tim and Michelle fell in love without ever meeting face to face, talking on the phone, or even seeing a photograph.  In their first year of marriage (1994) they moved to Mongolia where they lived for two years and helped start three churches.  For two years they also lived in Russia providing the groundwork for Teen Challenge to get established.

Through the ministry of Jewels 4 God, Tim and Michelle have trained 100's and 100's of women rescued from human trafficking and drug addiction at 23 ministries in 17 nations. The ministries they have trained are becoming self-supporting and receiving much needed operational support through jewelry sales. They have two children, Rachel (16) and Luke (12).
